This package will ensure that you adhere to the requirements in the ACT and that all documents are in order. Before listing a property for sale in the ACT a seller will require the following four reports, which are included in this package.

Building Report

Comprehensive report conducted to the Australian Standards. All reports are provided with de-tailed photographs of identified defects together with what the defect is, where it is, what will happen if the defect is not rectified as well as providing a recommendation of what to do with the defect.

Compliance Report

A Compliance report outlines the extensions and or additions to the property and if they are in accordance with ACT laws. This includes (but not limited to) decks, pergolas, room extensions, sheds, pools etc.

An Energy Efficiency Rating

In addition, a Vendor will also receive an EER report. This is an electronically generated document which allocates a star rating from 0-6, based on how energy efficient your home is.
